Preparing Your Listing for the Market
• Schedule photography with your photographer and confirm appointment details with sellers.
• Coordinate sign and lockbox delivery when you use a delivery service.
• Enter lockbox information into SentriLock and set up your showing service.
• Enter the listing into the MLS as a draft for your review and approval before it goes live.
• Add photos, virtual tours, and seller disclosures into MLS.
Photography, sign delivery, and lockbox delivery costs are paid separately by the agent and are not included in our listing coordination service.
