Listing Coordination Service

Our fully trained Listing Specialists are ready to handle all the listing details while keeping you and your clients up to date every step of the way. 

   What does the Listing Coordination include?

  1. PAPERWORK:

    1. FILL OUT LISTING DOCUMENTS FOR AGENT’S REVIEW.

    2. SEND LISTING DOCUMENTS TO SELLER ONCE AGENT HAS REVIEWED AND APPROVED.

    3. COMPLETION OF ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE LISTING AGREEMENT DURING THE LISTING PERIOD FOR AGENT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE.

    4. ONCE DOCUMENTS ARE APPROVED BY AGENT, LISTING COORDINATOR WILL SEND TO SELLER FOR DIGITAL SIGNATURES. 

    5. SUBMISSION OF ALL LISTING DOCUMENTS AND AMENDMENTS TO AGENT’S OFFICE.

 

  1. PRE-LISTING

    1. SCHEDULE PHOTOS WITH AGENT’S PHOTOGRAPHER.  COST OF PHOTOS TO BE PAID BY AGENT AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE LISTING COORDINATION SERVICE.

    2. COMMUNICATE TO SELLER THE DATE/TIME OF PHOTOS.

    3. SCHEDULE DELIVERY OF SIGN- IF AGENT USES A SIGN DELIVERY SERVICE. COST OF SIGN DELIVERY TO BE PAID BY AGENT AND IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE LISTING COORDINATION SERVICE.

    4. LOCKBOX- ENTER LOCKBOX INTO SENTRILOCK.

    5. SCHEDULE DELIVERY OF LOCKBOX- IF AGENT USES DELIVERY SERVICE. COST OF LOCKBOX DELIVERY TO BE PAID BY AGENT AND IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE LISTING COORDINATION SERVICE.

    6. SET UP SHOWING INFORMATION IN AGENT’S SHOWING SERVICE.

    7. ENTER LISTING INTO MLS AS INCOMPLETE FOR AGENT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE PRIOR TO GOING ACTIVE.

    8. ADD PHOTOS AND VIRTUAL TOUR TO REALTRACS.

    9. ADD SELLER’S DISCLOSURES TO REALTRACS.
